We’re here to make your time in Doha unforgettable. These terms are here to keep things clear for everyone, so you know exactly what to expect when you book a tour with us.

1. Booking & Payment

• All prices are in QAR and/or USD and include the services listed for your tour.

• Full payment confirms your spot.

• You can book through our website, trusted travel agents, or partner platforms.

  
  

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour: Full refund.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before or don’t show up: Sorry, no refund.

• If we have to cancel (rarely happens), you’ll get a full refund or the chance to reschedule.

  
  

3. Changing Your Plans

• Need to move your date? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance — we’ll do our best to help.

  
  

4. During Your Tour

• Please arrive on time at the meeting point.

• Children under 18 must be with an adult.

• Follow your guide’s instructions for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

  
  

5. Health, Safety & Comfort

• Tell us about any food allergies, dietary needs, or mobility concerns before your tour.

• Some experiences involve walking or stairs.

• You join our tours at your own risk — we recommend travel insurance.

  
  

6. Photography

• We may take photos or videos during the tour to share Doha’s magic with others. If you’d rather not be in them, just let us know.

  
  

7. Respect for Local Culture

• We ask all guests to follow Qatari laws and respect local customs.

  
  

8. Liability

• We’re not responsible for injuries, delays, or losses caused by things outside our control, like weather, traffic, or third-party providers.

  
  

9. Governing Law

• Our terms follow the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be handled here.
