Refund Policy

At Doha Encounters, we want you to book with confidence. We keep our refund policy simple and transparent:


Guest Cancellations

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour → Full refund

  • Cancel less than 24hours before or don’t show up → No refund


Our Cancellations

  • If we ever need to cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


Changes Instead of Refunds

  • If you prefer, you can change your booking date (subject to availability) instead of canceling — just let us know at least 24 hours before your tour.


How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.


Booking via Third Parties

  • If you booked through Viator, Get Your Guide, Trip Advisor, or another platform, their cancellation and refund policies apply. Please check your confirmation email for details.
